Deck officer ladder

For students considering the bridge, navigation and deck-side officer route.

    +2 science with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.

  2. Clear the IMU CET milestone

    Clear the national entrance test with timed practice, review and steady revision.

  3. Choose DNS or B.Sc Nautical Science

    Compare route, medical standards, training and life at sea with a counsellor.

  4. Prepare for company selection

    Practise sponsorship tests, interview communication and professional behaviour.

  5. Join as a trainee deck officer

    The destination is your first ship and the first step toward the deck officer ladder.

Engine officer ladder

For students considering propulsion, machinery and the engine-side officer route.

    +2 science with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.

  2. Clear the IMU CET milestone

    Clear the national entrance test with timed practice, review and steady revision.

  3. Choose B.Tech Marine Engineering

    Understand the engine-side course route, medical expectations and training commitment.

  5. Join as a trainee engineer

    The destination is your first ship and the first step toward the marine engineer ladder.
