We coach Class 12 students for IMU CET and for the company selection that follows. We are looking for people who can teach that honestly — including sailing officers who want to give a year of it back.
Who we look for
Five kinds of people
Subject faculty
Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English, for students sitting a national entrance paper. Board experience helps; patience with a state-board student whose English is average helps more.
Spoken English and communication
Not grammar drills. Preparing a seventeen-year-old to sit in front of a company panel and be understood.
Counsellors and admissions
Speaking to students and to parents, honestly, about whether this career suits their child. The job is as much about telling the wrong candidate no as signing the right one.
Campus operations and administration
Timetables, records, hostels, parent reports, and the discipline that holds a batch together.
How we hire
You send the form. We read it — a person reads it, not a filter. If there is a fit we call you, then you meet the Director. For teaching roles we ask you to take a short session with a real batch, because that tells us more than any interview.
What we are straight about
We are a small academy in Kottayam, not a large group. Pay is discussed at interview and depends on the role and your experience — we do not print a range we might not meet. Sailing officers teach on arrangements that fit around their contracts, and we will work around a joining date.
